Refund and Returns Policy

Streamlined Returns & Refunds – Peace of Mind at Brand Wolf

At Brand Wolf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Returns:

Return Window: We offer a generous return window of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

What Can’t Be Returned?

Some items, due to their nature, are not eligible for return. These include:

Perishables (food, flowers)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products   

Certain health and personal care items

For a Smooth Return:

To streamline the process, please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your returned item. Please note: Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, where an item’s condition falls outside our return guidelines, a partial refund may be issued. This includes:

Books with visible wear and tear
Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, etc.
Items not in original condition
Items returned after the 30-day window

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification regarding its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically credited back to your original payment method.

Missing or Delayed Refunds:

If your refund seems to be taking longer than expected, here are some steps you can take:

Check with your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items:

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are unfortunately non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We happily offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item, simply reach out to us via email at accounts@brandwolf.co.za or contact your account manager to arrange a drop-off.

Gifts:

For gifts purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item. If the gift was not marked as such or shipped to the gift giver first, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact your account manager to arrange a drop off at one of our warehouses.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
